Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and support enterprise J2EE web applications, providing hands-on production support and issue resolution from detection through confirmation and closure.
  • •Build and maintain reusable React.js components, MFE modules, REST APIs, and microservices following scalable architecture and coding standards.
  • •Lead debugging and technical investigations, including troubleshooting complex defects, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing reliable fixes without breaking existing functionality.
  • •Coordinate with QA, Product, DevOps, architects, and business teams to deliver enhancements and resolve integration/API and deployment-related incidents within agreed timelines.
  • •Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews, perform performance optimization and unit/integration testing, and maintain RCA reports and application support documentation/runbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of production monitoring experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects.
  • •Strong experience with React.js and core principles, including Flux or Redux workflows.
  • •Hands-on experience with Spring/Spring Boot and cloud technologies, including Java EE, Maven, and Spring Security/SSO.
  • •Experience with REST/SOAP web services, database technologies (Oracle, MySQL), and ORM tools.
  • •Proven debugging/troubleshooting skills including RCA, performance optimization, and use of kanban/ticket-based support models.
