Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute FDC process control change requests in a timely manner to detect inline process or equipment abnormalities.
  • •Assist engineers in testing software releases and support troubleshooting for systematic quality issues.
  • •Perform first-level data mining and summarize findings to highlight key points in weekly trend/issue tracking.
  • •Publish clear reports and highlights based on observations and findings.
  • •Support engineers on non-engineering requests (e.g., data compilation and presentation) and complete required learning items within the stipulated time frame, ensuring compliance with site process control business process and business rules.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent experience in an Engineering-related field.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and other IT applications (e.g., SharePoint).
  • •Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail when performing engineering tasks.
  • •Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a customer-focused service mindset.
  • •Willingness to work on shifts as per business needs; knowledge of programming languages/scripting/AI tools is an advantage.
