Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the structural design of projects and mentor team members, delivering high-quality solutions
  • •Deploy technical excellence in the design of heavy civil structures, from pumping stations to steel-framed buildings
  • •Lead and oversee detailed design activities and prepare detailed designs yourself
  • •Interface with other project design disciplines and maintain strong client/stakeholder relationships
  • •Prepare and review drawings, calculations, specifications and reports to communicate solutions

Key Requirements

  • •A degree or equivalent qualification in civil and structural engineering
  • •Membership or working towards membership of a relevant professional institution (e.g., ICE, IStructE)

  • •Experience in structural design using appropriate standards and specification
