Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead national oversight of day-to-day facility management operations, including supervision and tasking of all facility management personnel.
  • •Ensure facilities and assets are maintained in line with regulatory compliance requirements.
  • •Develop strong working knowledge of internal operational policies relating to security, global trade and EHS to ensure internal compliance and support the team through continuous changes to maintain currency across site FM process.
  • •Manage various service agreements and contractor management to ensure high level of performance and results.
  • •Be the after-hours and escalation POC for on-call roster; respond to site 24/7 for emergencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience across Facility Management, construction or building projects coordination and leading a team.
  • •Technical knowledge of building systems and infrastructure.
  • •Knowledge and understanding of legislative framework, industry standards and industry compliance requirements.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • •Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude and high level of customer service.
