Construction Project Manager - Highways

Lead highway and transportation infrastructure construction projects from pre-construction planning through closeout. Own scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract closeout, while coordinating with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and design teams. Oversee contract administration (change management, claims, progress monitoring, and disputes), manage project scope/schedule/cost/quality/safety, and mentor multidisciplinary project teams. Support business development through client relationship management and proposal/pursuit planning.
