Serve as a point of contact to answer inventory and availability inquiries, assist with Rent Purchase Option (RPO) support, and maintain accurate transaction history using SOPs. Generate quotes, support margin and equipment payoff needs, and update operational reports in the ES Looker system to help teams meet goals across US markets.
