Key Responsibilities

  • •Define integration standards and security review gates for enterprise connector catalog and onboarding playbooks for MCP servers.
  • •Build platform-level integration infrastructure (auth plumbing, connector health monitoring, lifecycle tooling) and unblock teams publishing MCP servers.
  • •Harden and evolve the AI Artifact Hub, improve reliability, and build knowledge ingestion and retrieval quality tuning pipelines.
  • •Design fine-grained access controls and DLP enforcement so agent outputs never surface unauthorized data.
  • •Develop reliability, observability, and evaluation frameworks for AI at scale, including cost tracking, automated ground-truth test suites, and feedback loop APIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ related experience (equivalent combinations considered).
  • •5+ years of professional software development designing, building, and operating production systems.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python for APIs, data pipelines, and integrations.
  • •Hands-on AWS experience including Lambda, S3, IAM, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Step Functions (or similar).
  • •Experience with third-party/SaaS integrations (OAuth 2.0, OIDC) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) with CI/CD (GitHub Actions preferred).
