Technician, Lab Test

Conduct lab tests for HVAC and refrigeration-related products and components, following relevant standards and test methods. Troubleshoot issues encountered during testing (up to about 30%), manage and maintain test equipment, perform calibration and necessary repairs, and support modifications to prototypes. Work on-site (5 days) in the R&D lab, ensuring safe operations and on-time delivery of test tasks while collaborating with other lab members.
