•Oversee the full lifecycle for large, multi-year aviation development programs spanning planning, design, procurement, and construction.
•Provide executive-level leadership, strategic direction, and decision guidance to technical teams.
•Establish program governance, reporting structures, performance metrics, and ensure alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
•Review program scope and technical deliverables, oversee airside/landside/terminal elements, and monitor compliance with FAA and environmental requirements.
•Manage program budgets, schedules, risk registers, change control, and program reporting while leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 310,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS plus 12+ years of related program or project management experience for aviation infrastructure projects, including 4 years of leadership.
•Pass airport-specific background checks and obtain badges or clearances.
•Master’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
•PMP certification or equivalent.
•Strong understanding of FAA standards, airport planning principles, environmental processes, and construction phasing; ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage executive-level client relationships.
