Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake numerical analysis using computer-based programmes for potable, surface, and wastewater systems.
  • •Carry out technical and feasibility studies to assess practicability of alternative water solutions using calculations.
  • •Produce water infrastructure designs (e.g., pump systems and pipe networks) and create a Designer’s Risk Assessment document.
  • •Produce sketches, models, and consolidate final working drawings.
  • •Support work across technical tasks, site work, and project management while keeping up-to-date with relevant regulatory guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering with a 2:1 classification (or equivalent).
  • •MEng in Civil, Structural, or a Water Engineering-related MSc (civils) is an advantage.

  • •Basic computer skills (Word/Excel) and good report writing skills.
  • •Willing and able to work towards professional qualifications such as ICE & CIWEM.
