Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform complete inspections including receiving, PN/SN recording, visual, dimensional, and PT/UT inspection, and report results.
  • •Conduct in-process and final acceptance inspections for components such as gas turbine parts and rotors, and report inspection data against criteria.
  • •Perform visual/dimensional inspections per drawings and specifications and raise NCRs for nonconforming material.
  • •Coordinate with production to identify, document, and segregate nonconforming product in the holding area until resolution.
  • •Participate in root cause analysis and CAPA actions; perform calibration/inspection of measuring instruments and maintain inspection records in line with safety/environmental standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Engineering or High School Certificate with related experience.
  • •Five years’ experience in inspection in gas turbine repair shop/service organization.
  • •Capable of interpreting engineering drawings.
  • •Experience using inspection, measuring, and testing equipment.
  • •Previous experience with gas turbine component repair industry; ASNT Level II in NDT methods (PT, UT & RT) preferred.
