Business Development Manager - Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Prospect new accounts and grow margin dollars in under-penetrated territory by using solution selling techniques and Territory Alignment tools. Manage a book of business with minimal SiteOne activity, ensuring customers fully leverage SiteOne University, vendor support, and Partners’ Program. Coordinate with Sales Support and Line of Business Specialists to drive successful orders and enhance customer experience. Use CRM tools to track opportunities, document interactions, and report pipeline performance while resolving customer complaints.
