Job Summary

Partner with Twilio’s enterprise sales organization to manage end-to-end negotiation of complex commercial agreements. You will own drafting, review, and management of a wide range of legal documents, advise internal teams on contract interpretation, and ensure compliance policies align with applicable laws, ethics, and company values. •J.D. with strong academic credentials and demonstrated record of success as a lawyer
•Member of local State Bar or eligible to register as Registered In-House Counsel
•6+ years of commercial transactions experience, including at least 4 years negotiating complex technology transactions (e.g., SaaS)
•Experience supporting a large sales organization
•Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume range of commercial contracts (e.g., Master Services Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements)
