  • •Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules for direct reports and contracts, delegating work from work order management systems to dedicated teams.
  • •Lead and supervise the facilities management team to accomplish maintenance programs, ensuring optimal conditions, appearance, and operations inside and outside premises.
  • •Drive performance by setting and tracking KPIs, maintaining project status by organizing internal and external workflows, and meeting deadlines within budget.
  • •Review and approve repair and maintenance proposals, conduct inspections, evaluate work quality, and recommend maintenance modifications based on assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Class A high-rise multifamily residential buildings.
  • •Working knowledge of Mechanical and Fire Systems.
  • •Experience using tools such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel).
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Project or related project planning tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, Bluebeam, SketchUp) and proficiency in English.
