  • •3+ years of client-facing experience working with hiring managers and directors, including taking new requirements and tracking pipeline progress.
  • •A deep network and fluency in manufacturing engineering, production, and/or supply chain, including roles such as manufacturing engineers and purchasers/buyers.
  • •Operationally minded approach—identify problems early and bring solutions in partnership with manufacturing and supply chain leaders.
