Job Summary

Own full-cycle hiring for Anduril’s Air Dominance and Strike production team, sourcing and closing high-volume candidates for manufacturing engineering, production, and supply chain roles. Partner with operations and program leaders to translate hiring gaps into throughput and revenue impact, pitch opportunities credibly, and run data-driven recruiting strategies. Build trusting relationships with operators, manage candidate experience end to end, and use recruiting automation and advanced sourcing tools to scale.

•Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates while keeping stakeholders updated throughout the process.
•Learn the product and manufacturing reality (e.g., takt times, cycle times, throughput, yield) to pitch opportunities credibly to operators.
•Translate missing headcount into business outcomes like throughput and revenue impact to drive urgency and prioritization.
•Build trust with operations and program leaders by influencing talent strategy and executing on recruiting deliverables.
•Run full-cycle recruiting activities including interviews, offer delivery, and protecting a consistent, positive candidate experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000 annually

•4+ years of sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
•3+ years of client-facing experience working with hiring managers and directors, including taking new requirements and tracking pipeline progress.
•A deep network and fluency in manufacturing engineering, production, and/or supply chain, including roles such as manufacturing engineers and purchasers/buyers.
•Operationally minded approach—identify problems early and bring solutions in partnership with manufacturing and supply chain leaders.
•Strong closing and negotiation skills, with clear communication and disciplined management of multiple candidate funnels.
