Key Responsibilities

  • •Expose process and customer data to product teams so people can access insights proactively without analyst assistance.
  • •Own and create key metrics and results for product and operational teams, tracking performance and accountability through the quarter.
  • •Support stakeholders with research, reports, and data visualizations.
  • •Partner with data scientists to develop methods for detecting and mitigating financial crime.
  • •Lead the discovery phase by scoping opportunities and proposing features, rules, and models to address emerging risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong quantitative skills, ideally with a background in statistics, maths, physics, engineering, or another scientific area.
  • •Experience in financial crime domain, including typologies and alert investigations while balancing risk and customer experience.
  • •5+ years in data analytics (financial crime or risk analytics) and 2+ years leading others (can overlap).
  • •Hands-on experience with SQL and Python/R.
  • •Strong communication skills to translate business problems into analytical solutions and communicate insights clearly.
