Job Summary

Lead the construction phase of large-scale EPCm projects in the oil and gas/energy sector. Represent the company on site, organizing and administering all site activities to meet time, budget, and quality targets. Manage construction cost and schedule, enforce quality control and compliance with applicable regulations, and oversee installation, commissioning, and completion. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal engineering and operations teams while leading, mentoring, and supervising construction teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the construction phase of large-scale EPCm projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
•Oversee construction budget and cost control, and develop and maintain the project schedule for timely completion.
•Implement and enforce quality assurance/quality control procedures, including regular site inspections and audits.
•Serve as primary point of contact for construction matters, maintaining communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
•Lead and mentor construction teams; identify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety/industrial relations policies.

Key Requirements

•Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum 15 years of construction management experience, including at least 10 years leading large-scale EPC/EPCm projects in the gas sector.
•Extensive track record managing field engineering activities within the Oil and Gas sector.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
