Key Responsibilities

  • •Define what great instruction looks like and create coaching rubrics and cadences across entry-level certificate programs.
  • •Build and motivate an instructor community, recognition programs, and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Develop self-serve tools and dashboards for real-time visibility into classroom impact (pass rates, engagement, cohort progress).
  • •Lead faculty operations by managing cohort logistics scheduling and overseeing instructor quality support for coaching, observation, and onboarding.
  • •Partner with curriculum, product, and growth teams to translate curriculum into instructional strategy and use student outcome data to reduce variability across cohorts.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in instructional quality, curriculum, or education operations.
