Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct independent quality assurance reviews of Regulatory Change Management controls, processes, systems, and data to assess effectiveness.
  • •Perform targeted assessments of regulatory implementation to determine whether regulatory outcomes were achieved and are sustainable.
  • •Provide practical review challenge and advice to senior GRCM management to meet independent testing standards.
  • •Evaluate the quality, completeness, accuracy, and reliability of regulatory data, management reporting, records, and documentation.
  • •Support assurance and remediation activities by helping plan reviews, gather evidence, document workpapers, and assist with remediation closure validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience performing quality assurance, control testing, compliance testing, internal audit reviews, risk assessments, or similar assurance activities in financial services.
  • •Strong understanding of control frameworks, governance processes, risk management principles, and regulatory compliance programs.
  • •Demonstrated ability to evaluate the design and effectiveness of controls, identify gaps, and assess the adequacy of supporting evidence.
  • •Strong analytical and investigative skills to review complex processes, data, and documentation and develop objective conclusions.
  • •Excellent written communication skills for drafting testing results, observations, and remediation/closure documentation.
