Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate closely with senior team members and other internal stakeholders, including Data Science & Analytics and external vendors, to ensure the successful execution of RWE studies.
  • •Develop project designs, including questionnaire writing, selecting suitable data sources, analysis methods, preparing relevant proposals including cost calculations
  • •Manage project execution, including setting up fieldwork and monitoring recruitment and the quality of recruiting.
  • •Interpret data and develop insights by writing reports, preparing presentations, and making business-oriented recommendations to the sponsoring client under the guidance of senior project team members.
  • •Participate actively in client presentations and visits with senior project team members.

Key Requirements

  • •4-5 years of experience in primary market research within the healthcare sector with strong project management skills
  • •fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • •client-facing experience and ability to act as a client liaison on projects
  • •strong research skills including study design, questionnaire development, sampling, and basic analytical techniques
  • •proficiency in proposal and pitch creation, including cost calculations
