Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Root-cause inventory accuracy issues and partner with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and replenishment.
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and strong stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Move dynamically around the store to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs, and execute operations-focused directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to work on the sales floor and back of house, with constant movement throughout the store.

  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
