Job Summary

Design, build, secure, and operate enterprise hybrid environments for global data centers and hybrid ecosystem. Own compute, storage, replication, and business recovery capabilities to keep environments scalable, stable, and secure. Perform audits and documentation, support operational escalations, and collaborate with cross-regional partners to deliver shared technical roadmaps. Partner with Finance/Platform/Engineering on FinOps practices and participate in follow-the-sun on-call rotations.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver engineering solutions across global data center and hybrid environments to meet business needs.
•Design, build, and maintain compute, storage, replication, and business recovery for scalable, secure, stable environments.
•Conduct audits, assessments, and create technical documentation to ensure governance and operational maturity.
•Support global teams through operational escalations and continuous improvement activities.
•Collaborate on cross-regional technical roadmaps and partner on FinOps practices including cost visibility and spend governance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of hands-on infrastructure engineering and operations experience with a global environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related STEM field (or equivalent experience).
•Significant hands-on experience with VMware, Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and storage/data protection technologies such as Commvault, Dell, Pure, and Qumulo.
•Experience with Jira and Confluence, and strong automation bias with tools like GitHub Actions, Ansible, and PowerShell.
•Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL) and ability to support operational escalations and continuous improvement.
