Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate simulator training devices (STDs) and associated systems and support effective use of their capabilities.
  • •Instruct students on checklist procedures, basic system knowledge, and normal and emergency procedures.
  • •Deliver full-range simulator scenario training for aircrew and conduct theoretical and practical training as required.
  • •Lead training and scenario development and review; support planning, guidance, and execution of simulated events including distributed simulator trainings.
  • •Provide briefing and debriefing, maintain and update technical/operational publications and customer data, and track training and performance statistics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus a professional certification and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in an international environment.
  • •Recent working knowledge of Air Defence Operations and Air Battle Management (AWACS, JTAC, or Control and Reporting Center).
  • •At least 3 years experience as a Surveillance Controller on the E-3A.
  • •At least 1 year experience as an instructor Surveillance Controller on the E3A.
  • •Fluency in English and eligibility for NATO security clearance.
