Job Summary

Oversee all sales-floor departments within a Sephora location, supporting Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare (or combinations). Ensure on-stage cast execute Sephora’s selling model, respond to client feedback, and deliver outstanding client service. Train cast on client interactive technology, support in-store events, and coach performance within the assigned area. Monitor sales performance and business opportunities while partnering with the direct manager to resolve client-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all sales floor departments within the assigned Sephora location, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare (or combinations).
•Ensure on-stage cast properly execute Sephora’s selling model and support timely responses to client feedback per department.
•Partner with the direct manager to action client-related issues/feedback through the client service hotline or direct client feedback.
•Support in-store events as needed to achieve store goals and client needs.
•Coach performance management situations in the assigned area, deliver timely improvement feedback, and conduct regular check-ins with direct reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 22.2 - 26.1 hourly

Key Requirements

•1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
•Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast.
•Ability to coach and support performance management situations within the assigned area of the store.
•Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of the store’s sales performance and business opportunities.
