Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a safe and positive environment and demonstrate non-wavering commitment to health and safety.
  • •Lead a ~15-person team and provide team lead responsibilities, including review of cost estimates and client deliverables within assigned delegation of authority.
  • •Support employees with prioritizing and organizing work to meet utilization targets and project commitments, and provide career development, performance support, and mentorship.
  • •Participate in HR activities including annual performance and salary reviews, hiring/recruitment, and onboarding/offboarding.
  • •Monitor team financial results with the Heritage Director and leadership, support business development activities, strengthen client relationships, and lead monthly group meetings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 132,700 - 175,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree with at least 10 years of relevant consulting experience within archaeology or other consulting sectors.
  • •People management experience.
  • •Self-motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively.
  • •Proven track record in business development and fostering client relationships.
  • •Commitment to health and safety leadership and ability to review proposals and technical reports from a business and risk standpoint.
