Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Deployed Special Projects (Mechanical)

Own and drive mechanical fabrication supplier industrialization to accelerate product qualification and transition from NPI to full production. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing, embedding on-site with suppliers to vet capabilities, bring up tooling and lines, and manage capacity ramp-up. Establish and lead process performance and SPC reviews, identify improvements to reduce supply risk and defects, and close the loop on root-cause corrective actions with suppliers.
