Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage mechanical fabrication commodities/subcategories to execute supplier production strategies across Anduril business lines.
  • •Vet supplier production capabilities (including factory layout, facilities, and workforce) for inclusion in the Approved Supplier List.
  • •Support Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) by ensuring suppliers understand and adhere to part quality criteria.
  • •Own bringing up new production tooling and lines, including supplier-site development to meet performance, quality, and demand requirements.
  • •Establish and drive process performance and controls (SPC) reviews and lead product/process improvements while closing root-cause corrective actions with suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience with mechanical fabrication manufacturing, including IPC standards, CAD, and GD&T.
  • •Ability to travel at least 60% of the time.
  • •Ability to relocate to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.
