Job Summary

Lead end-to-end execution of complex SoC/ASIC development programs, from architecture through tapeout and post-silicon phases. Drive program milestones, manage cross-functional dependencies across IP teams, and ensure alignment across RTL, PD, DFT, firmware, validation, and platform teams. Own planning, tracking, reporting, and risk management; build and maintain detailed schedules; run governance cadences; and deliver executive updates using Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerBI.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, structure, and drive end-to-end SoC program plans aligned with architecture, design, and tapeout milestones.
•Plan, track, and report execution progress; create and maintain detailed schedules and milestone checklists for program exits.
•Manage cross-functional dependencies across IP teams and ensure alignment across RTL, PD, DFT, firmware, validation, and platform teams.
•Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and blockers; escalate proactively when needed to maintain schedule integrity.
•Maintain dashboards and trackers using Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerBI; provide executive weekly/monthly updates and run governance cadences.

Key Requirements

•Must have experience in SoC/ASIC product cycles, including architecture, integration, validation, and silicon bring-up phases.
•Demonstrated familiarity with SoC/IP execution flows and the architecture-to-tapeout lifecycle with RTL and netlist-based milestones.
•Experience with IP integration and dependency management across subsystems and teams.
•Proficiency in project management tools including JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI, Excel, and MS Project (AI tools mentioned).
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, plus formal project management education (PMP/Scrum Master).
