Serve as the analytical and strategic backbone, leading strategic frameworks, horizon scanning, and executive communications to align with group strategy and drive organizational change across clusters.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the formulation, refresh, and communication of the Digital & Technology multi-year strategy and enabling strategies, ensuring alignment with the Group Strategy and cluster priorities.
•Develop strategic frameworks, internal and external analysis and research, and opportunity assessments to evaluate new digital capabilities and technology transformation initiatives.
•Facilitate annual and mid-cycle strategy planning cycles, including horizon scanning, capability gap analysis, and strategic initiative prioritization.
•Translate complex strategic concepts into executive-ready narratives, presentations, and decision papers for the C-suite and Board.
•Lead the preparation of reporting and communication materials to majority shareholders and governance bodies.
•Own and govern the Digital & Technology strategic roadmap, coordinating with the Strategic Project Manager on progress and milestones.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics or a related field, from an accredited institution.
