Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-line support for monitoring and managing client applications to ensure issues are identified, resolved, or escalated as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Entry-level experience supporting platform environments such as Windows Server administration, Linux server administration, virtualization administration, and server hardware/storage administration.
  • •Basic knowledge of infrastructure and technologies in supported domains including ERP, Windows, Linux, SQL, Oracle Middleware, and web servers.
  • •Strong planning skills to anticipate, adapt to, and manage changing circumstances.
  • •Client-focused mindset to understand, prioritize, and resolve client needs effectively.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent work experience.
