Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including trade shows, technical conferences, executive briefings, and strategy events.
  • •Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts to deliver on time and on budget.
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Comms, Executive teams) to align event strategy with business goals and product roadmaps.
  • •Negotiate contracts with venues and vendors (including general contractors and AV providers) and manage external agencies/contractors.
  • •Oversee event registration, attendee communications, and post-event reporting using Cvent while managing risk, compliance, and safety for on-site programs.

Salary: USD 140,500 - 193,000 annually

Key Requirements
