Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand potential customer needs via intake forms and ATS systems to find matching candidates.
  • •Run full discovery calls, qualify client requirements, and present Wing’s value with live vetted candidates.
  • •Close deals by reading the room, proposing next steps during the call, and formalizing in Discord/JRF within 30–60 minutes.
  • •Maintain a taggable candidate bench (role, industry, availability) for 10–30 minute backup matches.
  • •Confirm candidate availability (T-24h and T-30min) and finalize compliance/matching while keeping onboarding status aligned in real time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 40,000 - 50,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Has personally run outbound/discovery through to close, not just handed off qualified leads.
  • •Recruiting or sourcing experience with same-day turnaround (not multiday pipelines).
  • •Comfortable improvising live—steering calls and briefing candidates in 10–15 minutes.
  • •Fast and responsive; operate at a minutes-not-hours pace.
  • •Comfort working with Discord/Slack as tools for async-first collaboration (if applicable).
