  • •Validate baseline functionality prior to deployment to test participants.
  • •Provide first-level support to beta participants, troubleshooting device issues and triaging problems for escalation.
  • •Coordinate global shipment and deployment of beta devices, tracking deliveries and resolving shipping exceptions.
  • •Maintain and reconcile beta device inventory and handle device recovery and program closeout.
