Key Responsibilities

•Lead validation planning, execution, and documentation for power electronics systems and key subsystems.
•Develop validation strategies for functional performance, safety, environmental robustness, EMI/EMC, thermal behavior, and long-term reliability.
•Design and execute automated and manual test setups for high-voltage and high-power systems.
•Collaborate with design, systems, and manufacturing engineering to ensure design intent is fully validated.
•Analyze test results, identify design risks, recommend corrective actions, and support root-cause investigations, FMEA, and reliability assessments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,700 - 156,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or related technical discipline) and at least 5 years of experience in power electronics validation, testing, or design is required.
•Master’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
•Hands-on experience with inverters, drives, converters, high-voltage systems, and motor control technologies.
•Strong understanding of power semiconductor devices (IGBT, SiC, MOSFET), embedded controllers, magnetics, and thermal management.
•Experience operating advanced test facilities including thermal chambers, HALT, Power Hardware-in-Loop, and dynamometers.
