Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and support strategic initiatives to drive global order allocation, optimize inventory, minimize cost, and enable continuous process improvements.
  • •Initiate global/regional supply chain strategies, standardize best practices across manufacturing sites, and improve planning and scheduling capabilities and tools.
  • •Lead cross-functional crisis management for material shortages, demand surges, and unexpected issues; guide preventive and immediate actions and execute contingency plans.
  • •Represent supply chain during digitization, collaborating with commercial, operations, planning, and customer service teams to align supply chain planning with future ERP systems.
  • •Support program management for launch and deployment of new programs and act as the single point of contact with the retail brand to review operational and supply chain performance.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and supply chain planning, ideally in the garment/garment accessories industry.
  • •Proven track record leading large-scale supply chain transformations in multinational, complex organizations.
  • •Open to traveling both domestically and internationally.
  • •Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; able to drive supply chain analysis and discussions.
  • •Excellent English and Mandarin communication; PMP or Lean Six Sigma (or similar) is a plus.
