Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members.
  • •Use developing knowledge of personal lines insurance to prepare moderately complex quotes, bind new business, and process rating, policy, billing, underwriting, contract/coverage provisions, and premium changes.
  • •Assess member needs to provide complete and accurate advice and solutions while minimizing transfers, escalations, and call backs.
  • •Operate effectively in a contact center environment and navigate multiple systems while engaging members across multiple channels.
  • •Maintain required Property & Casualty license and state registrations and follow risk/compliance policies and procedures.

Key Requirements
