Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions, including terminations, resignation/transfer procedures, contracts, and redundancy processes.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings related to workforce reduction, administrative hearings, separations, and settlement negotiations; drive positive outcomes in complex terminations.
  • •Coordinate offboarding and employee relations stakeholders (internal teams and external parties such as payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions) to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
  • •Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents accurately, maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality while keeping employee records up to date.
  • •Provide first-level employee relations support by assessing workplace concerns, guiding clients through policies, progressive discipline, investigations fundamentals, and monitoring cases while identifying automation/process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR capabilities across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven background managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply employment/HR instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and communicate recommendations clearly in ambiguous situations.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
