Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and elevate EHS, embedding safe work practices and environmental stewardship into daily manufacturing operations.
  • •Champion a proactive, behaviour-based safety culture and drive employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • •Ensure full compliance with Thai environmental and occupational health & safety regulations, monitoring regulatory changes.
  • •Lead and maintain EHS management systems aligned to internal, customer, and international standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
  • •Represent the site as the primary EHS point of contact for site leadership, regional EHS networks, customers, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified Professional Safety Officer (PSO) in accordance with Thai legal requirements.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • •Proven EHS experience in manufacturing, food, FMCG, or other highly regulated industries.
  • •Strong knowledge of Thai EHS legislation and regulatory requirements, including occupational health and safety obligations.
  • •Experience with ISO 45001/ISO 14001 and SEDEX/SMETA (or equivalent) customer audit standards.
