Job Summary

Lead and scale Salesforce’s AI Builder Program by guiding a cohort of AI-native graduates, blending people leadership with technical direction to translate academic AI expertise into enterprise-grade customer value. You will mentor, coach, and develop talent; shape program strategy; and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy innovative AI solutions across Mid-Market to Enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a cohort of Emerging Talent AI Builders, conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, career development planning, and compensation management.
•Guide graduates through designing production-grade, secure enterprise software and scaling boundary-pushing AI ideas responsibly.
•Coach graduates on translating technical work into business value, including stakeholder management, discovery sessions, and presenting to customers.
•Foster belonging and long-term engagement by addressing challenges like imposter syndrome and rapid advancement paths for high-potential recent graduates.
•Oversee the Grad Builder Program architecture and execution, including project oversight, development plans, and alignment with customer delivery needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly technical discipline
•5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, software engineering, or a highly technical customer-facing role
•1+ years of experience managing technical teams, acting as a tech lead, or significantly mentoring early-career engineers/consultants
•Proficient in at least one classic powerhouse language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java) and a solid understanding of modern web architectures (React, REST APIs, GraphQL). A passion for high quality code and best practices (OOP, SOLID, Git, etc.)
•Practical, hands-on experience or profound familiarity with Generative AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration
