Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate, negotiate, evaluate, and appraise auto physical damage claims for repairable and total-loss vehicles in compliance with contract, corporate guidelines, and state laws.
  • •Communicate with insureds, internal claims adjusters, and third parties/vendors, including potential face-to-face interactions.
  • •Maintain accurate and current claim file documentation and manage productivity through desk management, timely follow-ups, and accurate repair plan/timeline mapping.
