Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and launch a structured GI onboarding program within 90 days.
  • •Create a commercial capability playbook for Global Investigators, including signal identification frameworks and handoff workflows.
  • •Produce GI-specific training materials at product launch cadence for immediate field use.
  • •Build a program measurement system using AI-assisted analytics to track ramp time, content adoption, and commercial contribution.
  • •Partner with CS and Sales to design the GI-to-AE opportunity handoff framework and improve pipeline quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience onboarding or enabling technical, mission-oriented, or practitioner audiences with measurable outcomes (e.g., ramp time reduction, program adoption, behavior change).
