Area General Manager

Lead commercial sales performance across Rocklin and serve as sales leader for Reno, Fresno, and Las Vegas. Manage P&L and deliver annual and long-term financial results across profit, volume, margins, business mix, and share. Provide sales leadership for new customer acquisition, retention, pricing, marketing, quota-setting, forecasting, and use of sales tools, while ensuring office compliance and strengthening employee engagement through hiring and development.
