Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical writing and editorial support for all OAPL documentation, including content creation, formatting, proofing, and editing.
  • •Collaborate with project coordinators and technical teams to document OAPL All Hands, Strategic Offsites, SMR/PMRs, deep-dives, briefings, and senior leadership updates.
  • •Develop, format, and maintain SELC documentation including Project Charters, Tailoring Plans, and Project Plans.
  • •Support procurement phases by formatting and drafting market research reports and requirements verification artifacts.
  • •Elicit and structure information from users and stakeholders to create technical documentation, user guides, and templates from operational workflows and functional requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years (or commensurate experience) providing technical writing, editorial oversight, content creation, and document formatting in a technical or IT environment.
  • •Proven ability to proof, edit, and synthesize complex operational workflows or functional requirements into user-friendly documentation.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple writing initiatives simultaneously.
  • •Must have an active Secret clearance.
