Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments/credit authorizations according to company policy.
  • •Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
  • •Evaluate warranty items handled at the counter and determine appropriate disposition per manufacturer warranty policy and customer needs.
  • •Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders efficiently, restock and replenish showroom merchandise, and cross-train in receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • •Preferred: High school diploma or GED, 1+ years of related inside sales experience, and familiarity with pool supplies/parts/chemicals or pool construction/maintenance.
