Support engineering and program leaders with monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs and reporting, including Budget Change Requests (BCRs), and provide analysis for Estimates at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE). Drive predictable cost and schedule by preparing forecasts, monitoring actual costs, documenting variances, and partnering on EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, and weekly cost and labor analysis using APEX/SAP EV and related reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Support creation of Estimates at Complete (EAC) quarterly and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) monthly, including cost estimation and risk/opportunity assessment.
•Perform detailed EV and financial analysis against budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
•Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
•Partner with engineering and program leads on EVMS process inputs and EAC/LRE development.
•Provide monthly variance reporting and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs to drive predictable results.

Key Requirements

•University degree (or advanced degree) with 8+ years (or 5+ years with an advanced degree) of relevant experience.
•Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar systems.
•Ability to use MS Office tools and navigate Excel.
•Capability to perform EV and financial analysis and communicate findings effectively.
•Experience with (or knowledge of) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and/or DFARS is preferred.
