Job Summary

Partner with Enterprise customers to apply OpenAI models and APIs to real cybersecurity workflows, from secure code review and vulnerability triage to threat modeling and SOC/detection engineering. Lead discovery, build and deliver demos/workshops and pilot scopes with safety boundaries and human approval points, and advise on secure implementation patterns. Translate between executive stakeholders and hands-on practitioners while creating repeatable field assets and feeding insights back to Product, Engineering, Security, and GTM.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead cyber workflow discovery with customers across AppSec, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, SOC/IR, detection engineering, red team, cloud security, and GRC automation.
•Build and deliver customer-facing demos, workshops, proofs of concept, and reference architectures for AI-enabled security workflows.
•Scope pilots including success criteria, data requirements, integrations, evaluation methods, safety boundaries, and human approval points.
•Advise customers on safe implementation patterns such as tool/function calling, structured outputs, sandboxing, data handling, guardrails, auditability, and approval-gated side effects.
•Create reusable field assets (playbooks, FAQs, templates, and objection handling) and bring product gaps and customer requirements back to Product, Engineering, Security, and GTM teams.

Key Requirements

•Deep practitioner credibility across cybersecurity domains such as application security, cloud security, identity, vulnerability management, secure SDLC, incident response, detection engineering, or attacker tradecraft.
•Experience in a customer-facing advisory, consulting, solutions engineering, security architecture, or technical field role.
•Ability to build credible demos or prototypes using APIs, Codex, agents, scripts, CLIs, GitHub workflows, CI/CD systems, logs, tickets, and scanners.
•Understanding of designing AI workflows with retrieval, structured outputs, tool use, evals, guardrails, telemetry, and human-in-the-loop review.
•Strong evidence-first judgment to validate findings, separate true positives from noise, document assumptions, and avoid overstating claims.
