Job Summary

Lead finance transformation initiatives that modernize finance processes and strengthen the finance systems architecture. Own the roadmap and ecosystem across Finance, coordinating integrations and data flows between Workday and adjacent finance systems such as reconciliation platforms, BI tools, and analytics solutions. Drive reconciliation, GL mapping, process automation using RPA/AI/workflows, support close-cycle acceleration, and contribute to the Finance AI Operating Model while partnering across IT, Accounting, Procurement, and enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and maintain finance technology architecture and the system ecosystem roadmap aligned to business strategy and operational needs.
•Partner with Workday to coordinate system enhancements and integrations, ensuring Workday aligns with finance technology strategy.
•Architect and document integrations and data flows between Workday and adjacent finance systems (reconciliation, expense/procurement, BI, analytics).
•Lead reconciliation and GL mapping initiatives, including subledger identification and ensuring auditable transaction flow to the general ledger.
•Deliver finance transformation outcomes by leading process automation (RPA/AI/workflows), supporting close cycle acceleration, and contributing to the Finance AI Operating Model.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 118,400 - 203,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; CPA or MBA (or equivalent) is a plus.
•8+ years of experience in finance systems, finance technology, or finance transformation roles in high-growth or technology-driven environments.
•Strong working knowledge of Workday Financials, including chart of accounts structure, GL configuration, and integration capabilities.
•Hands-on experience with reconciliation platforms such as Cadency/Trintech, including subledger reconciliation and GL mapping workflows.
•Experience architecting or supporting system integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms in a finance context.
