Key Responsibilities

•To deliver “superior” customer service by driving operational performance (meeting SLAs, reducing cost, driving operational efficiency and reducing operational risks).
•Manage GSC/Business Service resources effectively to meet strategic objectives of the business.
•Support and drive effective cross training programmes across GSC/Business Service locations to ensure that process is adequately resourced to meet the demands of the business.
•To partner with Global Businesses, Transformation and other stakeholders to drive operational change programmes and have oversight of such programmes.
•To assume overall responsibility for process management and operational integrity of the GSC/Business Service site.

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience in International Trade operations
•Strong International Trade experience and background, with in-depth knowledge of Trade business and standards such as UCP/ISBP/ICC OPINIONS/URR/URC
•Strong communication skills in a business context with the ability to bargain under time pressure
•Strong logical thinking and decision making skills with a customer-oriented mindset
•Ability to learn quickly, transfer knowledge effectively, and interpret numeric data; understanding of Group risk management
