Lead the commercial success of an Australian area by driving sales growth, market share, and unit sell-out through exceptional customer experience. Manage and coach Dyson Experts and Stylists to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets, while building strong relationships with retail partners. Develop and execute strategic store and area sales plans, use sales data to optimize activity, ensure retail compliance, and deliver training and vendor events across the South/East Melbourne and Victoria regions.
