  • •Lead the product development lifecycle of common capabilities tooling for the credit card system, partnering with Engineering across the full development lifecycle.
  • •Build engaging, data-driven narratives to develop hypotheses and secure broader leadership alignment.
  • •Define strategy and product roadmaps for agentic/data-validation tooling based on customer and internal stakeholder needs.
  • •Leverage AI tools for spec-driven development to build AI-native products that meet customer needs faster.
  • •Build and manage cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, program, and risk management within a matrixed environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,500 - 208,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or related quantitative field), Business, or Marketing, or a Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Lead the product development lifecycle for common capabilities tooling and drive alignment through clear, data-driven narratives.
  • •Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • •Understand customer and internal stakeholder needs to define product roadmaps and strategies.
  • •Articulate complex problems to a wider audience and mitigate product risks during delivery.
