Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to development and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing plans with marketing leadership and innovation.
  • •Evolve global brand assets by identifying, testing, validating creative concepts and messaging architecture, and creating launch materials, sales support tools, and educational aids.
  • •Partner with regions to provide strategic market and product positioning guidance and drive local adaptation and execution of brand and disease area strategies.
  • •Refine global commercial strategy for HypoPT using patient journey insights and the evolving competitive set, including core strategic/tactical materials and inputs for long-term planning forecasts.
  • •Lead cross-functional strategic sub-teams and initiatives to deliver business objectives and monitor progress against key indicators, including supporting ATU studies and related insight projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business area.
  • •At least 3 years of industry experience across sales, marketing, consulting, medical, or other commercial functions, including driving complex projects through partnerships.
  • •Excellent strategic thinking and operational execution capability.
  • •Ability to excel in ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative cross-functional environment.
  • •Clear, persuasive communication skills with strong relationship-building and emotional intelligence.
